Introduction: (Abu Ali Bachelor Camp)

Project Overview:

I.The purpose of this document is to describe the minimum technical and functional requirements for a Build, Own, Maintain and Transfer (BOMT) Contractor to design, procure, construct, furnish, maintain and transfer the permanent bachelor camp at Abu Ali Island in Jubail, in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

II.Abu Ali Bachelor Camp consists of six (6) residential buildings, which have a capacity to accommodate 501 SA employees working in the area.

III.This Project will include the design, procurement, construction, furnishing including all equipment, infrastructure networks, maintaining and transferring residential buildings and support facilities to support the implementation of the number of Saudi Aramco employees in Abu Ali Bachelor Camp.
